Biomechanical Assessments
We offer comprehensive biomechanical assessments which include a systematic assessment of gait, muscles, joints and ligaments of the lower limb. At Bexley Podiatry we pride ourselves on education and attention to detail, thus all our biomechanical consults are booked for a minimum of 40 minutes.
Diabetic Foot Health
People with diabetes risk serious and disabling foot complications and even amputation. Initial assessments upon diagnosis can provide a baseline record of your foot health. A regular assessment can lead to early detection and treatment which has been shown to prevent future diabetic foot complications.
Orthotic Therapy
Orthoses help to realign the foot and distribute body weight evenly. They can be used for all for a variety of problems including pain, poor stability and gross motor problems. These devices are not simple arch supports and need to be custom-made for each individual.
Deep tissue/ Remedial Massage
We pride ourselves on treating the body holistically and thus provide deep tissue and remedial massage therapy by a qualified and experienced remedial massage therapist.

Mohamed graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Podiatric Medicine in 2013. Mohamed has also completed a Masters in the Theory of Podiatric Surgery (with distinction). Mohamed’s career has been a prosperous one, working in in many areas of podiatry prior to acquiring the Bexley Podiatry Clinic.

Mohamed has an interest in all aspect of Podiatry, with a particular interest in Human Locomotion, Paediatrics (Podiatry for Children), Sports-related Podiatry and Minor Surgery. He has also completed a twelve-month course in Biomechanics of the lower limb and is trained in Injection therapy, Dry Needling (Acupuncture) and the management of sports-related injuries.
Mohamed is a Sessional Supervisor at Western Sydney University Clinic. He has expertise in ultrasound therapy and administering various injection therapies, including cortisone and specializes in the treatment of complex foot and ankle disorders. Additionally, he has completed his endorsement to prescribe scheduled medicines and is currently a registrar with the Australasian College of Podiatric Surgery, undertaking training to become a podiatric foot and ankle surgeon.

Mohamed regularly attends various conferences and workshops to help ensure he is in keeping with the latest management and treatment modalities available. He also supervises students from various universities, helping them develop essential skills under the professional development program.
